eCRV Information

NO MORE PAPER CRVS AFTER SEPTEMBER 30, 2014

The Department of Revenue is excited to announce that beginning October 1, 2014, eCRV will completely replace the paper copies of the certificate of real estate value. Beginning October 1, all certificates of real estate value must be submitted using eCRV. Paper CRVs will not be accepted after September 30, 2014.

A certificate of real estate value (CRV) is required to document a sale of property in Minnesota. CRV information is reviewed by the county of sale and the Department of Revenue to verify sale terms and ensure fair and equitable property tax assessments statewide. eCRV may be used for ALL counties of sale.

For more information, please go to the Minnesota Department of Revenue website www.revenue.state.mn.us or call 1-651-556-3278 or email eCRV.support(at)state.mn.us
